I think it was our day five heading South, we passed a guy who we assumed was PCT thru hiker based on how trashed he looked. His face was super dirty (I guess it was sunscreen and dirt), he looked like his soul had been ripped out of his chest, stomped on by an obese child and then force fed to him, and he was wearing Luna sandals with his feet all taped up.
Well, that guy finished the JMT and made a film about it. At minute 27, there is another personality we ran into on the trail. She was rockin’ it.
