You mean I have to go to work now. I totally have PFRP depression syndrome.

Wow, what do you think she is going to do with that car now? If it were me, and it wouldn’t be cause I wouldn’t be putting that shit on my four-wheeled coffin, I would pay for someone to come get the thing out of my garage and to a place to take that wrap off asap. And then do everything I can to pretend that it wasn’t my car…

I guess my Post Failed Rapture Prediction Depression (PFRP) probably isn’t as bad as hers…

Anywayssss, (yes the extra s’s are for you, Sir Pratt).

I started this post over a week ago. You can now commence the brow beating.
The Mooseknuckler Alliance got out today (two Sundays ago) and rode the mesa that will break you, also known as Broken Mesa. The group did not enjoy this ride at all. If any of you remember that Sunday, the wind was ripping and we decided to ride one of the most ridiculously rough trails in SG? Hmm, no wonder no one enjoyed it, ‘cept me. That’s right Mooseknucklers, I enjoyed the endless rock garden, the ripping wind and the overgrown trail. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the hurt wrist at the end of the ride.

For those of you who have heard of Broken Mesa but haven’t tested your skills on the trail, you probably won’t like it. Of the four of us who ventured out, I was the only one smiling. To best describe the journey… This trail is a continuous lava rock garden, with ruts. It is overgrown so seeing the rocks you are supposed to dodge can be difficult and it is built on grades that encourage getting speed. If you’re gonna try it, make sure you have a stiff steed with about six inches of travel…

I will definitely be up there again soon. As I was waiting for those who were not enjoying the trail, I did in fact clean some of the unwanted rocks from the tread. I would guess that by now many a rock has replaced them in the trail, but hey it’s the thought and action that counts, right?
