It’s obviously post title trivia time because I feel like I should give something away. Name the show and the person who said above quote and I will give you a free BG Fit worth $150. The first one to leave the correct answer in the comments wins.
It is also obviously Monday. It’s only half past eight and my eyes are drooping as if I had been up since yesterday. Of course, I kind of have been up since yesterday seeing that I haven’t been able to get a good nights rest in quite some time. I guess my problem is that I care too much or maybe not enough. I guess that is a matter of perspective, but in reference to my sleep, too much. You see in another couple of weeks we will be opening a Red Rock Service Center separate from the main store. This puts a lot more stress in my life, I sure hope it works out.
But in news more relevant to this blog than my state of sleepiness, the Alliance got out and rode. For some reason the punishment induced on Turkey Genocide Day was not enough and I thought it sounded fun to ride the Barrel Ride and then the Zen. Once again it kicked my ass. And once again I would do it again because neither of those trails is long enough by themselves. Even the dogs seem a bit tired today. With right around 12 miles of total riding, the distance is right but the thing is still mean. Anyone who has ridden these trails would agree. I also rode the Enduro once again.
I’ve been avoiding this confession, but I love my Enduro. Thing climbs like a champ and descends like one too. Of all the longer travel bikes I have owned this one is definitely the most fun. I’ve done both mesas, Prospector and the above mentioned ride twice and I had a blast on all of them. Everyone should have an Enduro it would bring about world peace, relieve world hunger and eliminate poverty, but most importantly it would make you smile. I like this plan.
The photographic evidence.
Unfortunately, BP and Baby Face both bailed after the Barrel Ride. Bradshaw made it to the top of the dirt road with us but then was reminded via written mobile communication that he was to be home sooner than later and he then showed us how people used to go up hill. Of course, they tended to only go up hill that fast when they were about to get stoned, with big rocks.

Red Forman that 70’s show. Great line.
