I just want to say I’m proud. I’m proud that my little sis is the newest Mooseknuckler out there.
My mum was up this past Tuesday and her and Abby came by the shop to pick some stuff up for my dad. Abby mentioned an interest in getting a bike as to not have to pay for gas anymore. I offered to help get her geared out right then and there. I can’t think of many things that make me more happy than seeing my loved ones pedaling through life. She said she would think about it.
Well she showed back up at the shop this Thursday (maybe Wednesday, I lose track of time quickly) saying after paying $44 to fill up her Honda Accord that wasn’t on empty she was ready to take the plunge and get a ride. We set her up on an inexpensive bike with rack and grocery bag pannier for her commuting pleasure.
I will report on her progress towards the side of oil independence in the future. As far as I know she has done one ride and said that she was out of shape but stoked to be out riding.

Yes it is a compliment I think it is awesome you are riding and I assumed you had done more than one ride but that was the only one that you had told me about.
