Today was supposedly Easter, or I guess in fact it was Easter. Whatever. It felt the same as every day to me. (more…)

The Mooseknuckler Alliance invites all to attend group rides regardless of skill or physical level. There will always be regrouping and if needed groups of similar levels will be created to allow all to enjoy the ride. (more…)

This is one for all of you SIMPLEtons….

Aggie Blue Bikes is offering a fixed gear or single speed conversion class tomorrow Thursday March 20th starting at 6:00PM. This is how it will work. Bring your bike, bring your parts, bring everything you need to do a conversion and we will help you get it together and get acquainted with the underlying principles. If you simply want to learn what it takes to be a convert, show up and watch someone else put their bike together. If you don’t have all of the parts you need, visit one of the local bike shops and get them. If you want to know what all of the fixed or single hub bub is all about, show up and try one. If you just have been around fixed gear friends in a while, come and mingle. As always, the class is free to everyone. (more…)

The wind was fiercely cold. I wore my rain jacket but didn’t cover the knees with anything more than my knickers. I wish I had. (more…)

I was going through my photos today, for obvious reasons and found the one and only pic we took in Tucson. This was shot in the back of the Mooseknuckler-mobile on the way home by none other than now resident photog KB. I warn those of you who are feeble of heart, this is pretty ugly. Enjoy….

Out.
