Yada, Yada, Yada…

That’s about all I gots to say. The past week, yes one whole week, has been a blur of typing and head congestion. It’s a week I hope to forget soon.

I do have some random newsish stuff for you today, so read on…

First up, it seems the MCA’s little montly brew ha ha will be featured in a story to be ran in the Herald Journal. Yup, the local fish rubber. Christy wrote up a little jaunt about our last race and from what I have been told, the HJ has purchased the story to run in their breaking news section. We’re all gonna be famous.

Second in line, I hope I don’t jinx myself with this, but it seems we have finally found someone to lead the women only ride I have been trying to get going for the past 6 months. It’s difficult to organize a girl’s night out when your a guy. Luckily, after a few emails bashed across the ethernet, I think we may have someone on board. Check back for times and location.

Third piece of completely unrelated news, Critical Mass is still on for the Friday. There has been backlash for the email sent out announcing this month’s ride. So we ask all who participate to be on their best behavior, cuz they’re going to be watching.

This is my desk, currently. I’m not sure why you should care. But I would like to bring attention to the Hubs peanuts. Those are thanks to our resident Bike Mcguiver, Douglas Roether. Not only did he save our asses in Tucson, he sent us home with enough protein to last a decade. Thanks again.

Also notice the can of Lay’s Stax. I have had a hell of a time finding Hot’n Spicy Barbecue for the past month. I went in to withdrawals but was able to find three cans at Smith’s the other day. Three measly cans, how do they expect me to live on that?

One last reminder, Alley Cat Races are this weekend. And from what I gather there will be a hell of a gathering, a big shin dig, a hearty little party.

Out.
