Hey cycling darlings,
It’s the last week of the month which means this Friday is Critical Mass. If you don’t know what Critical Mass is here is a brief explanation. Critical Mass is a peaceful group bike ride that occurs onces a month to encourage motorists to share the road with cyclists since by law cyclists are required to ride in the road.

The ride will start at Sunrise Cyclery (138 N 100 E) at 4:30 pm and end at the True Aggie Cafe after about a half hour of riding. Please bring a light for your bike (head lamp, bike light, Christmas lights, whatever. Just have a light!), and dress for the weather.  Bring your friends along even if they only ride their bikes once a year, we are in no way a clique of crazy cycling elitists and would love for more of the community to come.

This is a peaceful ride, we are in no way trying to stick it to the man by doing this and would like to make this a fun event for every one (including your grandmother) so please come intending to follow the law. Feel free to ride your tandem, unicycle, road bike, cruiser, or whatever wheeled device you own that does not emit carbon.  Tell all your friends and get on your bikes and ride!

-Christy

P.S. Just as a disclaimer, this event is in no way associated with the USU cycling team/club. I have high jacked the list serve to send this e-mail and take full responsibility for any back lash that may happen.
