I got some really cool pants.
In other news, nothing has really been going on at the MCA headquarters. I have been rabidly training for the 24 Hours of Old Pueblo by drinking too much, eating too much and resting too much. The only exercise I have gotten has been by way of talking on the phone which I have done a lot of this month. I actually went over my minutes, first time in my life. I’m sure you can all guess who I’ve been talking to so I want elaborate any further.
I have been busy. It’s been pretty tough trying to get my shit reorganized and get my routine going again. The Christmas break compounded by my moving just though a stick into my front wheel’s spokes. I think I’ve finally stopped skidding from the wreck but haven’t quite gotten up yet. The shop has been busy. There is always something to do and I can feel the tension of Spring waiting to crack. There is a Northern Exposure episode where they are waiting for the ice to crack and until it does everyone goes kind of crazy and is irritable. That happens here.
And in closing MCA news, this Saturday is definitely going to be off the hook. The races are going to be the best anyone has seen here in the Polar North as of yet. So, if you want to be someone, someone cool, or meet someone, you best be there.
Life goes on. Ride it on a bike
